6 Week Challenge


This package includes 2 different phases:

Weeks 1-3

Weeks 4-6
Burn fat, create lean, toned muscles by isolating muscle groups all while focusing on strength training and delivering consistently killer results.

This package is meant for those who are ready to focus on FAT LOSS! This program will help you drop body fat while maintaining maximum muscle mass, strength, and endurance. In combination with your 6-week meal plan, you will have me by your side, as well as everything you need to reach your goals!

What’s included?
This package includes 2 different training plans and 2 different meal plans. It also includes helpful tips for proper training, a cardio plan, nutrition & diet to keep you accountable throughout the process.
This program has been specifically designed to help you build MUSCLE, create SHAPE, and fine-tune a strong, lean, healthy, and feminine body! It will help you create curves by adding muscle and help you lose body fat. The program will allow you to:
